The website serves as an online store for the sale of VISORILLA fashion, clothing and related products.
Use of the website, including browsing, placing an order and purchasing products, is subject to the terms of these regulations and the website’s privacy policy.
Placing an order on the website constitutes confirmation that the customer has read the regulations, understood their content and agreed to their terms.
The company may update the regulations from time to time, subject to the provisions of the law. With respect to an order that has already been placed, the provisions that are mandatory by law will apply.
The provisions in the regulations in the masculine or feminine language are for convenience only and apply to all genders equally.

5. Images, Colors and Dimensions

The Company makes efforts to present the products as accurately as possible, however, there may be slight differences in the color of the product as a result of lighting, photography, screen settings, type of device or reasonable differences between production runs.
The size guide on the Site is intended to assist in selecting the appropriate size. There may be reasonable deviations in measurements resulting from the type of fabric, cut of the item, method of production and method of measurement.

6. Deliveries in Israel
The estimated delivery time in Israel is 7–10 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page or during the order process.
The shipping times detailed on the site are approximate. There may be delays due to shipping companies, periods of congestion, security situation, weather, holidays or circumstances beyond the control of the company.
The above does not derogate from the consumer’s rights under law.
The available shipping options, such as home delivery, self-collection or additional options, will be displayed on the site according to availability.
The shipping cost will be displayed to the customer before completing the order.

7. International shipments
The shipping time for orders outside of Israel varies depending on the destination country, destination address, shipping company and the selected shipping method.
Orders outside of Israel may be subject to local taxes, customs, VAT, release fees or additional charges in the destination country.
To the extent that such charges apply, they will apply in accordance with the law and policy of the destination country.
The customer is responsible for checking, as necessary, the import and taxation provisions applicable in the destination country.

8. Cancellation of a transaction and return of products
Cancellation of a transaction made on the site will be made in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, the regulations thereunder and any other mandatory law.
In a distance selling transaction for the purchase of a product, the consumer may, as a rule and subject to the exceptions set forth in law, cancel the transaction from the date of execution of the transaction until the expiration of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product or from the date of receipt of the document containing the details of the transaction as required by law, whichever is later.
In cases where the law grants an extended cancellation period to a person with a disability, a senior citizen or a new immigrant, the provisions of the law will apply. In a distance selling transaction, this period may reach four months, provided that the conditions stipulated by law are met, including the condition that the engagement included a conversation between the trader and the consumer, including via electronic communication.
In the event of cancellation that does not result from a defect in the product, incompatibility, failure to deliver the product on time or another violation that entitles the consumer to cancellation without cancellation fees, the company will be entitled to charge cancellation fees in accordance with the provisions of the law, at a rate of up to 5% of the transaction price or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.
In the event of cancellation due to a defect, incompatibility between the product and the details provided to the consumer, failure to deliver the product on time or in another case where the law states that cancellation fees should not be charged, no cancellation fees will be charged and the return and refund will be handled in accordance with the provisions of the law.
A refund will be made in accordance with the dates, conditions and means of payment stipulated by law.

10. Product return

12. Products that cannot be canceled or returned
